Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of Samqor by Samqor, Inc.. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, users, credentials, and for all activity under your tenant. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe per the selected plan and interval. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. Plan changes take effect per the billing cycle; cancellation stops renewal at period end.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use; no attempts to breach security, exceed rate limits, or disrupt the service; no use of AI features to generate prohibited content.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA.

6. Availability & support

We target high availability (see status) but the service is provided "as is" without warranty except as stated in a separate enterprise agreement.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate per the order; we may suspend for breach or non-payment. On termination you may export your data for a limited period.

9. Changes & governing law
